This blog is the promise I made to myself to keep getting better and a reminder that I need to be working on my well-being every single day. It may be something little that made me happy; something I’ve read that’s worth mentioning; something like a new yoga exercise, a beautiful hike or a day of taking photographs. To some, it may not be something worth mentioning let alone writing, but for me, it’s everything!

I want to encourage all those who have gone through a hard time (or are still going) to keep going, keep getting better and stay positive, one step at a time. If one of you has one better day because of something they’ve seen or read on this blog, my mission is accomplished.
